Recirculating aquaculture continues to pose as one of the technologies that will enable the growth of the aquaculture industry in the future. In this workshop will look at the history of RAS and its adoption, what has been fueling its adoption, and what barriers stand in the way, looking forward.

We will explore the business and technology landscape that, from our perspective, can contribute to further adoption of RAS as a viable technology for commercial food fish production in Europe and how both entrepreneurs and established businesses can position themselves today, to produce fish profitably in the next decade.
